Our one piece tanks range in capacities from 45 litres to 24,000 litres. They are low maintenance, low cost, and long lasting durable tank, hand laid up, manufactured from GRP (Glass Reinforces Plastic). GRP is a lightweight, high grade material with improved resistance to bacterial growth within the tank. GRP has been shown to exceed common materials, such as aluminum. It is the ideal material for longevity, which helps to explain why it can last so much longer than other options. We are aware that not all installs are straight forward, where a tank may be required for an existing plant room our standard one piece tank range may not fit due to access restrictions. We are happy to supply our customers with a made to order tank. We will work closely with you to design a bespoke tank to meet your water supply needs. GRP is a lightweight material that reduces transport costs. There is no heavy lifting machinery required to on or offload. At Nicholson Plastics we deliver nationwide within a couple of days. GRP is easily transported from our factory, consequently saving on the overall instalment costs.

Corrosion- Free – Virtually No Maintenance

GRP has a design life of 25 years, together with the corrosion properties this material is maintenance-free compared to steel, aluminium and concrete which can rust or corrode. GRP, otherwise known as fibreglassis extremely durable will not distort under impact compared to other traditional materials. Our tanks are as standard complete with a heavy-duty close fitted sealed cover which is wind and snow resistant and also low maintenance.
