No. 79 is a new development of two and three bedroom apartments on Hampstead’s esteemed Fitzjohn’s Avenue in the heart of London. Inspired by the Victorian mansion block style and Hampstead’s rich architectural heritage, award-winning architect Sergison Bates has designed No.79 as two mansion blocks connected by a ground floor entrance lobby.
Inside, the sizable apartments have high ceilings and open-plan layouts. Residents enjoy a gymnasium with Jacuzzi, Sauna, and Treatment Rooms. Marsham Street is very well located to the transport links of St James’s Park, Westminster, and Victoria which are all within walking distance.
Our Clients Water Storage Requirements
Our clients, Thameside Fire Protection stated that their biggest challenge with this project was the restricted space in the plant room. They needed a great solution for a limited spaced plant room for an exciting new development in North West London. They contact Nicholson Plastics technical sales team to come up with a solution to supply and install the tanks required to fit in a densely packed room, with very limited space.
GRP Water Storage Tank Solution
Nicholson Plastics arranged a site survey for our technical advisors to attend and help the team to determine a large enough tank, that would one, supply enough water for the application and two, fit in the tight plant room space. A new concrete base was required as the existing base was not big enough. It was agreed that a 3000x2000x2080mm totally internally flanged tank with a side access manway would fit perfectly into space and give the misting system the required amount of water. Our Client was very happy with the service provided and the clean look of the totally internally flanged tank.
