Elvaro B: Twin Pump CAT 5 Unit complete with frame
Capacity – 1,000L
East Coast Cured, Edinburgh
Brief Background
Our customer, CMC Climate, required an upgrade to their client’s hot and cold water supply, which only had a 15mm mains supply. Their client, East Coast Cured, based in Edinburgh, is a family-run charcuterie company. Sourcing meats from local farms to create a range of outstanding Scottish Charcuterie, East Coast Cured celebrates the very best of Scottish produce.
At their workshop on Restalrig Road in Leith they cut, ferment, smoke, cure and slow-mature all of their products by hand, with their small, but dedicated team, producing a wide range of pork salamis and hams using traditional, European methods.
The Solution
The project required Tricel Lanark to provide a suitable solution to upgrade the boosted hot and cold water supply, which only had a 15mm mains supply. The chosen solution was a CAT5 Elvaro B, twin pump complete with the frame. The tank capacity of the unit was 1,000 litres.
The Result
Tricel Lanark provided CMC Climate with a 1,000 litre CAT 5 Elvaro B, twin pump, a solution that efficiently upgraded the boosted hot and cold water supply for East Coast Cured’s production. Since its installation, the new system has been operating smoothly, ensuring a reliable water supply for the production process.
The Reaction
Our customer, CMC Climate, and the end client, East Coast Cured, are both delighted with the results. This successful project is a testament to the effective collaboration between CMC Climate and Tricel Lanark. In the words of our customer, “…those are great wee units for this type of project“.
