Shipping and returns
Tracking is only possible with TNT. We will supply you by email with a tracking number on request, which you can track on the TNT website.
For items being shipped on a pallet, please contact us for updates regarding your delivery.
Normal delivery times in the UK vary from 2 to 5 working days once dispatched. If for any reason your delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email to keep you updated.
Please note that we do not ship products to countries other than UK mainland postcode areas. If you reside in another country, please contact us for further assistance.
The cost of delivery is calculated at checkout. The amount will be shown before you commit to payment. Delivery is normally to your door by a tracked courier, so if you have any concerns about your delivery we can identify where it is and when it will be delivered.
If the delivery fails twice because we are unable to hand over the parcel for signature or there is no additional information to help the carrier, the parcel will be returned to the local carrier depot and you will receive a card from them asking you to call. The parcel will be returned to us after 5 working days and we will have to charge you for the cost of the second delivery.
All Tanks/Trays/Upstands will be delivered palletised. The customer is required to have suitable means to offload and someone on-site to accept delivery.
Smaller ancillary items will be delivered as a parcel depending on quantity.
If any product is found to be faulty in parts or workmanship within one year of purchase we will offer to repair or replace it at no cost to you. If we ask you to return the product to us we will credit you with the cost of return postage. We will ask for a description and possibly a photograph of the fault. The warranty does not cover normal ‘wear and tear’ that occurs in normal everyday use or damage sustained by misuse or use outside the manufacturer’s instructions. If we are unable to replace or repair the item for example, because the product is not available and the item is returned to the warehouse, we will refund the cost of your purchase.
If you are not 100% happy with your product, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. The refund will be made within two weeks of receiving the returned goods using the original method of payment. The goods must be returned in their original condition. Returning the goods is at your own expense and is non-refundable. If items or packaging have been used or damaged we reserve the right to apply a re-stocking or repair fee and this will be deducted from the refund.
